It is the Lighthouse Inn in Fulton, Texas. Not even near "The Reserve"

a go? if so what's pricing like? is this now something called the boardwalk?

My wife and I drove out to the end of the concrete street on the bayfront. I was impressed by the extent and size of the landscaping being done. This is a "first rate" project. 4-11-2009

The Reserve at St. Charles is located in Lamar off Park Rd 13. The project has its "boardwalk" complete a wonderful wide walking path that winds along the St. Charles Bay. If you have not taken a drive out to this development lately... do so and check out the progress.
