The Lamar Pointe Habitat includes approximately 40 acres of freshwater wetlands and marshes offering an abundance of natural native wildlife. The Lamar Pointe Habitat (under development in 2007) will include: Walking Paths Boardwalks  Observation Areas The Lamar Pointe Habitat is planned to offer an area of town homes that overlook the lake and .5 to .75 acre home sites.
