DeAyala Properties Islands of Rockport
 The Islands of Rockport development project will encompass an area along the Texas Coast in Rockport that is comprised of private, upscale homes built within and around Venetian style waterways with private boat ramps for each individual home. The development is located directly across “Estes Flats” and “Redfish Bay”, and on the intra-coastal waterway lending itself to both flats fishing and easy access to the gulf for deep sea fishing. Julian L. “Kiki” DeAyala is the owner of DeAyala Properties, LLC. His company has been developing properties for the past 12 years in Houston, Laredo, San Antonio and Rockport, Texas. With over $100 million worth of projects completed or underway, DeAyala Properties has quietly built a reputation for quality and performance. Highlights of his business career include building the $40 million Laredo Entertainment Center, and now “The Islands of Rockport” a $40 million, waterfront development in Rockport, Texas. Mr. DeAyala has always stated that the Laredo Entertainment Center project was special for several reasons. First, because the community had to be convinced to invest in the facility, and secondly, because the project has positively affected so many people and families in Laredo. The Laredo Entertainment Center now hosts entertainment from all over the world.
Mr. DeAyala attended the University of Texas at Austin graduating with a BS in Advertising. While at the University, he captained the 1982 Texas football team setting several team records and was recently named to the All Time Texas Football Team. Mr. DeAyala resides in Houston, Texas and is a father of 3 children. Natalie is a 21 year old junior at the University of Alabama, Michael is an 18 year old freshman at Ohio University and Christian is a 12 year old 6th grader. In his spare time, Mr. DeAyala enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf when he is not coaching little league football and baseball.
