The Islands of Rockport development project will encompass an area along the Texas Coast in Rockport that is comprised of private, upscale homes built within and around Venetian style waterways with private boat ramps for each individual home. What other areas has the company developed? How is the company set up? Will they provide any financial information showing they have the capital to develop this new area? What are the various target dates for each phase? |

Has the corp of engineers approved all the permits needed to dredge out the canals? Isn't the land considered wet lands? How are these going to be mitigated? Is there any bird nesting? I was told that enviromentally, that no other permits would be granted after 2003? When are the road and constructions happening? Could I see the permits?

I am the developer. We are scheduled to receive or Permit from the Corps in the next 30-45 days. We have satisfied all their requests. As far as construction, we hope to commence 60-80 days from the time we recieve our permit. This should mean a alte February start date with a 10 months construction schedule.
