Sailhouse is underway. They currently have two models to view. There are 5 houses under construction with 2 more starting the last week of October. They have 1 unit sale pending to a couple from Kentucky for a 2nd home. The 700' pier is complete. In the next few weeks the amenities on the beach will begin. I believe that Sailhouse will be the best development in the Rockport, Port Aransas area in both pricing and detail. Check out the web site at Sailhouse.com
