My name is Roland Alicea. I am a SABOR Realtor in San Antonio, Texas. My wife and I are considering the purchase of an investment condo in the SPI area and are attempting to do basic research as to a cost/income analysis of beach front and beach view condos. What we would be looking for is a condo below 150K that has a Hx of rental income. I realize that HOA fees play a role in the purchase decision so any info as to fees per development would be appreciated. We intend to retire at SPI in about 7 to 10 years and would like to have our condo already purchased and rented out until that time. I have stayed at the Bahia Mar, Saida Towers and Sheraton while vacationing and primarily utilize "service 24" for accommodations. In addition to being a Realtor I am a SAFD fireman and my wife Ofelia works for Southwest Airlines. I am not a veteran Realtor, but rather new to the profession. I must say that your web presence is the most impressive I have come across. Using your website is hassle free and very informative. I can see why you are #1 at SPI.
